I loved this book

I loved this book. It helped me through so many panic attacks. I am better able live with the anxiety that I have. I have improved significantly since I have listen this book and have done so much that I feared before listen this book.

This appears to be a good resource to help people reduce anxiety symptoms with mindfulness exercises. Helping people deal with their anxiety is one of my specialties. I found this book full of tips and advice I will use.

Content fine. Narration too robotic

Content seemed fine. However the narration is too robotic and dis jointed to take in the information.. for myself at least.
