Lots of stored data in this audio-book!!
I assumed I feel usual mom stress and I was a little anxious wart, but I did not know how much fear I wear in there until I listen to this audio-book. WOW WOW. I will relate to so many of the stories and feelings that the audio-book describes. I have learned that much of the telltale signs I feel on a weekly basis are possibly linked to the anxiety.
