Informative audiobook

I have not yet completed the entire book, but so far, I really appreciate the insights and tactics. This book has helped me in so many ways. It has allowed me to hear some things in myself that I didn't realize were there. It truly has changed my way of thinking.

I got this book because I have bad anxiety

I was in a long distance relationship and it was fairly difficult for me to understand my partner and was really worried if this was going to work out for me or not. I used to listen a lot to curb with my anxiety and this was one of the best books that I found related to anxiety. The book answered all the questions that I had in my mind and I felt like a changed person after listening the book.

There Is Hope of Taming Your Anxieties

Please, please, please listen this book if you or someone you know has anxiety. It is so easy to listen and uses language anyone would understand. It breaks down anxiety to the very physical ways that it is processed in the brain and it makes so much more sense than any other way that it's been explained to me. I've been able to work on some very heavy stuff after listening this book and it's changing my life for the better. I cannot say how much I love this book and how much it's helped me. THANK YOU!!!
