Like the author says: do not hide your feelings. It will only make things worse for both yourself and your partner. Instead, grab a handy guide such as this one and let it advise you on how to improve your relationship from real tried and tested methods. From anxiety management to planning romantic occasions and dates together, you will certainly gain important knowledge from this well-written audiobook. Trust in the author – from what I learned from this book, you can be certain he did plenty of research to provide you with the best advice that, at least for me, has worked substantially well!

Improve your relationship

I got this in hopes that it would help me deal with some fairly bad anxiety attacks and possibly help me figure out why I get them. It certainly did; however, it also did a lot more. With it, I realized some of the things mentioned showed that I was actually in an unhealthy relationship filled with jealousy, anxiety on both sides, and worst of all, I was dependent on her. However, thanks to Markus Smith’s advice, we managed to work things out and are doing much better together! Thank you so much! Also, I highly recommend “Overcoming Relationship Insecurity” and “Dating Someone With Anxiety: What you Need to Know and Do” – they worked wonders for us.

Learned all about my problems

This audiobook is pretty good. It is well written and has so much information! I bought it for my (now ex-) partner, who let their jealousy ruin our relationship, as I thought it could help. After listening, they learned how to manage their emotions a bit better, but it didn’t work out, (un)fortunately. I’ve kept this little gem as it has also helped me deal with anxiety caused by their possessiveness. It is a good listen, which helped me understand my anxiety enough to start healing. I will be sharing it with any future partners to make sure things are good from the start.

An eye-opening ride

Just like my title suggests, this audiobook by Markus Smith is a real eye-opening ride from start to finish. I had no idea that my anxiety was affecting me so much, nor that it was something I could actually learn to manage and even get completely past. Since getting this audiobook, I have followed its advice and listened to it constantly to improve. It is pretty well written and backs itself up consistently without contradictions. However, if you do not believe me, get it and try it yourself - you won’t regret it. The best listen for anyone - single or not! It will help with your anxiety and help you learn.

Helped me with trust issues

This great little audiobook has done wonders for me over the past few weeks. I recently got engaged but was having second thoughts due to my anxiety hit me like a bus. I have always had trust issues, both in life and in love, so when I saw this audiobook and noticed it had a chapter about it, I snapped it up, and my God. It has been fantastic! Now we have a date set for our wedding, and I have never been so sure about anything in my life; no more internal battles for this gal! Five stars all around for a phenomenal audiobook.

It has answers

Time to out myself. I, in simple terms, start arguments with my spouse all the time. Why? Well, I had no idea until she got me this audiobook, and I had to deal with the fact I’m insecure and blame her for, well, everything. This behavior destroyed our relationship, so she sought out some advice and had this audiobook suggested. It has many answers to really help - not all of the answers, but definitely a lot of them. It is easy to listen to, and honestly, I’m thankful to the author for saving my relationship and helping me get better as a person.

Made me understand myself better

It takes time for most people to realize something like anxiety is affecting them. For me, it always felt normal when I thought no one loved me. But after this audiobook set was suggested to me by my counselor, I realized that not only is it not normal, but it is very, very wrong. I am loved, and it is my anxiety and my own fears that convinced me otherwise. Now that I know this, I’ve been able to address it in my sessions. Thanks to this brilliant set, I finally feel like I am wanted and am improving my relationship. Just remember, it all takes time.

No more fear!

When we are scared of the world and all it brings us, we often create unhealthy coping mechanisms, some of which affect our social lives and our relationships. The fear of abandonment and some of these irrational mechanisms are addressed in this well-written audiobook set in such a way that helps you take a step back and really analyze your own ways of coping, as well as helps you gain a deeper understanding of how anxiety affects others as well as yourself. This book has been an invaluable resource to me over the past year, and I will be recommending it to others who suffer as I do.

Brilliant for when you struggle

I recently was diagnosed with a generalized anxiety disorder, and I realized how much my anxiety had been impacting my life. I was bought this audiobook set by my boyfriend to try and understand it all. It is an amazing listen and has helped me massively - specifically in handling my own emotions. My inability to cope was causing a massive strain on our relationship, and thankfully now everything is much better. However, I’ve bookmarked a few chapters to re-listen when things get bad, specifically those surrounding jealousy, self-esteem, and abandonment. I cannot recommend this book more for those of us who truly struggle in relationships.

Be open with yourself first

“Overcoming Relationship Insecurity” and “How to Overcome Jealousy in Marriage” are truly brilliant sections. I did not know how important it is to be open with yourself before loving someone else. I had no idea how to go about doing too, but thanks to this audiobook, I now have at least some idea.

A safe space full of advice

Fantastic and supportive

All about positivity

“Don’t put yourself down” - this audiobook helped me learn that fairly early on. Positive reinforcement and life enrichment are keys to unlocking a happier mind. It’s not an easy task but focus on the positives like this audiobook and its help and advice!
