This Audio Offers a Lot

This Audio really helped me work on my self-esteem to have a healthier relationship. Listening to this book was very refreshing and obviously a turning point in my relationship. I recommend it to people who need help with their relationship and themselves, the content is very helpful and encouraging.

Coping with relationship anxiety

With this audiobook, you can honestly evaluate your relationship to figure out if it is contributing to your insecurities and anxieties. You may find that you are in an abusive relationship and that dysfunction is triggering your anxiety plus you also work on many aspects of yourself, which is also very helpful. Overall this is a great audiobook.

Control your emotions

Controlling yourself is an hard work, especially if you just came out of an toxic relationship or are still dealing with an abuser. Life is not always kind, but audiobooks like this definitely make it easier to stand back on your feet. The author educates the listeners. Including many chapters dedicated to explanations of healthy relationships and understanding each other helps massively on the road to recovery. I really appreciate this audiobook! Five star

Discusses Anxiety And Panic Disorders Accurately

I was an avid listener of podcasts related to anxiety and depression, and this book is one of the best I found. My friend is a physician and after going through the book – even he was shocked about the information presented in it. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment plan when it comes to anxiety affecting a relationship, but this book will surely give you something to work with!

Confidence in myself restored!!! WOW!!!!

I had lost sight of my relationship and was doubting myself! So many doubts were leading me into frequent fights with my partner! Thanks to this audio I was able to regain balance and restore my confidence! As a result, my relationship with my husband has been totally reborn!

I overcame a pathological jealousy

Give it a chance

I want to point out the fantastic narrator's voice, the best one I have ever listened in an audiobook. Narrator's voice is amazing.
