Very insightful
Are you essential? The title of the book is very thought-provoking. Sometimes or most of the time, the only thing we need to move on with life is self-belief, and even though we thought we have it within us, our limiting beliefs hold us back unknowingly. Therefore the first step is to create awareness. And the author did a great job explaining how limiting beliefs hold us back and why we can’t get out of this vicious cycle and how our brains are wired to do that. Not only she explained it and came up with various strategies and techniques through which you can improve your life. It also shows you the way how you can self reflect on yourself and break free from your old pattern. Overall it’s a very insightful book. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone.

Encouraging
Finding your purpose in life is something that I have been searching for for a while. I did not realize that letting go of my insecurities and my past had been holding me back from fully releasing my potential and going all-in on my passion. this book has further helped me reflect on myself and encouraged me that I am heading in the right direction and will find my purpose.

Yes I am essential :) And this book helped me see how essential I really am! This audio is a gem, and I truly enjoyed it! This book has tons of truth that you get to ponder and reflect on. If you are wanting to hit reset and find the source of your limiting beliefs, then I recommend giving this audio a listen. It goes into why your subconscious mind sabotages all your efforts and shows you why it's common or typical to fail every time. And until you have an awareness of what is happening and how to shift it when you recognize that it's at play - you will continue doing the same thing over and over. First step is awareness and recognizing the behaviors and patterns that no longer serve you. I really appreciate the author's point of view, her style of teaching and laying out the way you can finally overcome unhealthy habits to change your life in the utmost positive way.

So crucial for this moment in history!
The title alone is pure Pandemic gold and I love how all the chapters follow suit in an extremely clever way! This audiobook needs to be on everyone playlist right now. A large chunk of the world is scrambling to find self worth and emotional relief during this unprecedented time, this is what so many of us need to hear.
Each chapter made me smile and then the narrator would lead you on a journey of self-realization which is a great combination. Everyone needs to ditch their self-limiting beliefs and live the life that they’ve convinced themselves is out of their reach. Love this book, listen to it!!!

YOU ARE ESSENTIAL
I Liked the chapter flattening the curve of doubt, "Be yourself" and Reopened "everything starts with your thoughts". I also liked The new normal. Rebecca did a good narration and Cindy wrote a good book.

Great mental "reset"
I think we are ALL held back to a certain extent by more than one thing in life, including our pasts... This book does a great job of helping you detach yourself from self-sabotaging habits and motivating you to seeking more for yourself... like you deserve!

Great book to make real improvements!
This book really made me aware of that I am enough and that I need to prioritise myself again. Finding your passion and purpose is one of the most important life questions and this book really helped me come a step closer to reaching my fullest potential. I also loved the part about letting go of the past and not believing all your own thoughts. Really recommend!

Amazing
Really helped me let go of some stuff i needed to let go of and for that alone, I have to say this audiobook was excellent and well worth the money. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs an extra burst of motivation, a refresh of what their purpose and real desires are, or that little bit of a push to help your mind let go of something you've been struggling to recently.

Kind, hopeful words
Everyone has demons. Fortunately, a lot of people's demons are similar. This book does a really great job of kindly talking you through why you think the way you do and what you can do to change it. I really enjoyed listening to this book. It was almost as good as going to therapy.
Everything starts with what you think and what you think about yourself. Once you change that self talk, you really can start to heal from whatever happened to you in your past to cause you to be the person you are today. I love this book because it helped me understand that even more.
