Publisher's Summary

The Troubled Spirits series are stand-alone paranormal murder mysteries inspired by true crimes.

Fifty years ago, a diabolical plan was set in motion. It ended in murder.

In present day, Adam Tate is in a rush to build his wife’s dream home. She’s ill, and he lives with the looming fear that her days are numbered in months rather than years. As he digs the foundation for their new home, he makes a chilling discovery - long-buried skeletons. On impulse, he hides the grave and pushes it from his mind.

When Adam and his wife, Holly, move into their new home six months later, it becomes clear that Adam has awoken something that will not be silenced.

Step into a story of betrayal, murder, and voices from beyond the grave.

Great book!

I really love this series, I make sure to get them as soon as they're released. The story was great, the characters had depth, and the narrator did a fantastic job! It kept me guessing and interested, and since I love the genre it's usually easy to figure out the "twist" before it comes, but I didn't immediately know which was a nice change.

Ghostly perfect

Oh God, this book had me on edge the whole time, it was so, so good.

I love that we get the different POV, the past and the present, because it makes it more interesting and helps you start trying to figure out what really happened.

I am happy about how everything came out at the end, it was what I was hoping and I wasn't disappointed.

The narration was really great. Matt Haynes is a new to me narrator but I quite like his performance. He delivers the story really well and makes the book more enjoyable.
