As such, I recommend this book!

I particularly enjoyed the sections on body language and verbal techniques. The book does have many suggestions that will help you radiate more confidence and be less apt to be used as a doormat. As such, I recommend this book! I know I’ll be using it.

I was surprised!

I was surprised how much I saw of myself in the first chapters of this book! I hadn't realized I was such a people pleaser! So I was glad that the author included lots of tools, tips, and techniques that can help me be more assertive without going over the top.

There's just enough information!

Good counseling tool

This is a fantastic book. It is full of strategies to really help you achieve and live the kind of life that want to. I’m not even finished Listening yet and it’s really good so far.
