Very Repetitive

This whole book feels like the first couple chapters, repeated over and over. The info was good, but it could have all been said in half the time.

I picked this audible ideal manual for of all.

Excellent informative audio-book!

This is a great audio-book for mature adults, with/without health issues. If you have health issues, there is a demonstration of the entire workout seated. There is a portion of the workout done from a seated position, but that doesn't mean "easy".

Very disappointing

This audio book seems to be written by someone who has either translated it or doesn’t have a firm grasp of English. Eg The word released doesn’t mean eaten, in the book he says the fish and eggs are released. He delves into recipes before explaining the phases of the diet and actually explains some principles in their incorrect format.
This means that the Atkins principles were from all the phases and have been “lumped” together instead of being explained as individual phases within the diet.

The narrator does a great job of reading however it is very repetitive, I even felt a bit sorry for him.

First time ever I have returned a book and have written a negative review.
