Excellent and Informative.

I received this book via a promo code and this is my honest voluntary review.

Amazing how much the quality of our lives and state of mind does depend on our diet and exercise. Recent revelations of my health have made me much more conscious of improving my lifestyle and while I would not call this a diet exactly, I would definitely recommend the auto-immune diet protocol as the place to start before commencing any diet. Knowing what makes you feel like crap is an obvious place to begin, but have you ever genuinely tried before beginning calorie scrimping?

I started following this for 30 days and already I found multiple inflammation triggers like Dairy, even though I'm not lacctose intolerant. My PCOS means avoiding triggering foods is critical and this book helped guide me through another critical phase.... food reintroduction!

I would 100% suggest this book for anyone starting a lifestyle change for any reason but especially those doing it for health condition reasons. Every body is programmed differently and this diet protocol helps you find your own personal baseline.
