This book was at a middle school age level

The information was super basic and the ideas she gave for getting into autophagy, were just common sense so much so that it was almost laughable. This book should have a rating like "for middle school aged children." Even the narrator sounded like she was speaking to a child. I did learn a few things, but having to listen to 3 plus hours to get that little bit of new information was not worth it.
