On the subject is beyond comparison

I liked the in depth explanations of the topic of autophagy and how diet, exercise and sleep are related. On medical technical areas a few times times a simpler explanation could have helped.

Comprehensive, informative, well-audio.

The best collection of data I have seen to date. I like all the foot notes that reference the source. I have been searching many sources and wish that I had this a year ago. Very up to date overview of the recent science of fasting, autophagy and exercise. Very informative book.

Lots of common sense too.

The author does not only treat autophagy in weight loss, but also in diabetes and other serious illnesses, as well as in strengthening the immune system. I found good and useful information in this book.

A lot of good information

The book is clearly a labor of love for the author, or at least touches on subjects he has made his lifelong passion. Still, lot of great info and tips and ideas. And good solid debunking of many diet and fasting myths. Enjoyed the circadian chapter, even though it's not core part of the program. On the whole I picked up quite a bit of useful info. And the coverage of fasting physiology is comprehensive and super critical info. I understand exercise is important but the form and technique is more relevant to a bodybuilding tome.
