The physical book would be better

The narrated slaughters so many words with mispronunciation it is frustrating. As well as the sniffles and deep breathing at times through the nose is distracting too. I believe I would have done better reading the physical book, as I found it difficult to keep track of the acronyms which were just a jumble of alphabet soup that lost their meaning in the overload of scientific facts.

Amazing book!

Autophagy is derived from two Greek words auto and phay. Auto means self and phagy means eating. This method requires some eating habits that you need to develop in order for your body to stay healthy. In the process of autophagy, the habit of eating right is important in order to repair the damaged cells in your body.
