Listen to this book cover to cover.

I've listened the whole book cover to cover while I was pregnant, to familiarize myself with what's coming, and then after the baby was born, at the end of each month I listen the chapter on the upcoming month, to refresh my memory of what's immediately forthcoming.

The right tools just in case.

The book is certainly useful: it also describes well the biological process quarter after quarter, its risks, the signals to consider, how to pay attention to the food. It encourages you to be patient, and fight with the right tools just in case.
