Positive Talk
I truly enjoyed this short book on how to start changing the negative images and voices in your head to something positive. Positive self talk is only the start of changing your life and goals to the fulfilling future that you dream of. This book helps you to learn to take that first step. Cai Lonergan did an amazing upbeat job narrating this book. I highly recommend this book as a jumping point for positive change. I received this book for free from Audiobooks Unleashed.

Bazinga!
This was a good short listen. I enjoyed Larry Vig's "The Powerful Trick of Believing" so I purchased this one to give it a whirl. The information here is good and I recommend others follow the advice. The narrator did a good job.
Disclaimer: I've been listening at 2x speed for so long anything else sounds like slow motion. My enjoyment of the narrator is based on my listening speed. I only leave 5 stars for books I've listened to multiple times.

Condensed form of life transforming techniques
Very interesting, condensed methodology on how to utilise the self-talk for our personal growth and evolution. While meditation is teaching us how to quiet our mind and make the best out of silence, in his book author presents other perspective on how to make the best of our internal dialogue and to transform the negative aspects into positivity througth a will power, courage, and encouragements.
Positive thinking and optimism can be effective tools, and indeed, recognising our draining habits, beliefs, and by breaking our comfort zone we could become the captains of our destiny.
