Someone said this book will make you disappear
Right off the bat this book gets you thinking. By the time you hit the 50th chapter you should be thoroughly inside the void. Somewhere between chapter 50 and 60 you might disappear to the world for a second or more depending. when you reappear you will have new eyes and a good sense of being. Great book, loved it. gonna listen to it again probably a few more times.

This is a great collection of prompts for exploring consciousness. You should have some experience in mindfulness or other sitting practice to get the most out of these exercises.

It works.
This is the most acessible resource I have found after years of trying everything within reach to rest my mind. The excersises are simply explained.There is an absence of ego and lots of low key positive processes.Highly recommend trying these out.I woke up rested and feeling upskilled to get through another day.It is cheap It is clear and it is delivered with kindness.Outstanding. And I have spent the last 35 years seeking something so pure and simple.Much gratitude.

Amazing Book
I was so happy to see that a book like this existed. It is a wonderful exploration of awareness and consciousness and I love books that are narrated by their authors. Brian does such an excellent job; you would never suspect he wasn't a professional narrator. Having said all that, I'm not sure the audio format is most conducive to the nature of this material. This is not the sort of book you just read through. You could spend hours reflecting on just one of the questions or prompts, which are delivered with two or three seconds of silence between them. Be prepared to listen with your finger on the pause button. And use that button. The value of this book is in the "playing" it gets you to do. If you listen straight through, you will be on the next idea by the time your mind just begins to grasp what was just presented.

Useful book
This book is useful for me. He gives great directions on how to play the games but the rest is up to you. The benefits are there and they help alot with seeing outside of yourself (mind,body, and spirit). Some games for me was harder than others but the ones that i can do have shown to be beneficial. Not everyone has the ability to use their imagination as freely and so for some the experience can be difficult.
