Bar candidates are required to memorize massive quantities of law, frequently written by some of the the world's best authors—the justices of the United States Supreme Court. And as you learned in 1L, mining the rule of law from complex Supreme Court decisions is no easy feat. Enter this audiobook, a concise, all-encompassing reference to the rules required for passing the bar exam. Sorted by essay topic, this book balances the needs between listing all required elements and keeping it short and simple, with one goal in mind—compiling all of the necessary rules in a format that is easy to understand, easy to remember, and easy to recall during the exam.

Revised for 2022, this book includes chapters detailing a plan for bar exam success. In fact, this audiobook includes the rules the author, and many, many others have used to pass the bar exam in jurisdictions throughout the United States. Studying one succinct version of the rules makes memorization easier, which is exactly the reason the print book, app, and audiobook of these rules have been so successful.

Good Material not so great narration

I like the contents of this book and I have the hard copy as well. However, the narration is hard to follow because there are not enough pauses and the author who is the narrator moves on too fast from one issue to another. This is problematic because sometimes when listening it’s hard to follow along. It would have been much more helpful if the narrator paused for a little longer after each rule and before moving on to the next rule.
