Publisher's Summary

Does your child love to hear stories before going to bed?

Are you looking for a way to relax, calm your baby down, and lead your little one to a good sleep?

Are you looking for a highly entertaining book of bedtime stories for children, loaded with tales about animals and people?

If so, this is the right book for you!

Most children do not like to go to bed at night. Children should cool down after a long day of playing around, running, and using all their energy, but sometimes putting them to bed and expecting them to sleep instantly is a huge hassle.

Nonetheless, having a good bedtime routine where you play a story for them could help your little ones relax, cool down, and lessen the level of stress, allowing them to sleep better at night.

In these stories, you will find simple breathing and meditation exercises made especially for children, which will bring their mind into a state of relaxation and tranquility - a prelude to a good and deep sleep.

These simple exercises form integral parts of the stories and are presented as opportunities to participate in the story itself. The child is driven to imagine scenes, colors, and animals and will feel like more than spectator of the adventure.

They are also useful to stimulate the abilities of visualization and imagination of children's minds, skills too often wasted on taking in everyday stimuli.

Imagination and visualization will help children create personal scenarios and lead them to deep relaxation - the first step to sleep and dream.

Perhaps you are now looking for a book to help you with this.

In Bedtime Stories for Kids and Toddlers, you will find excellent and wonderful bedtime stories that will help your kid relax and get ready for a cozy and comfortable night’s sleep.

So, what are you waiting for?

Click “buy now”, and solve the problem of making your children sleep!

Beautiful stories; Beautifully read

Don’t hesitate to get this. My daughter, is 2 and a half years old. She passes out calm and sleeps. She used to try and stay up but, the moment Jane Davis begins reading; O.U.T. and Chill. Truly has breathing exercises and teaches while putting your child in a state of relaxation and mental calming.
