I would suggest this book

Learning to listen before bed relaxes

Learning to read before bed relaxes both your mind and body, allowing you to obtain a good night's sleep. This book has some fantastic stories written just for this purpose. I utilized the meditation segment to persuade my head into quieting down, which helped me fall asleep quickly. This was a fun read.

These tales are designed to put you to sleep like a new-born. The narrative is intended for adults. If you're having trouble falling asleep, read a story every night. You should get a good night's sleep. Place the book next to your bed.

It became a habit

I recommend purchasing the narration; rather than reading the book yourself, I found it to be a terrific book to have read to you. This helped me relax even more as I was reading. The stories, on the other hand, are fantastic to read. This book was enjoyable and soothing for me.

The stories are relaxing, and many of them include guided meditation. Recommended read. It's usually a good idea to think happy thoughts before going to bed.

I love it.

I have awful insomnia, and the only thing that has helped so far has been medicine. My doctor, on the other hand, does not want me to get reliant on them and instead wants to attempt to transition to more natural methods. This book seems to be an excellent place to begin and so far, I love it.
