Awesome meditation practice

This Book is wonderfully relaxing, another great way to de-compress from a stressful day. The meditations are soothing, the background music's beautiful. Helps me a lot and you have to concentrate to understand to relax and learn to meditate. Will be helpful for ones that are able to meditate.

Just Breathe & Find peace

I am really enjoying the simple yet profoundly energizing practice of breathing. I love the voice and authentic caring of the guide. I feel as though he is actually in the room. He's soothing, gentle and very at ease in his delivery. 8 minutes of breathing and I feel Great!

Lovely Book

A practical, useful, and sober manual on meditation and mindfulness. Great stuff and highly entertaining listen. There are many ways to meditate and I have tried quite a few. This book feels like the collection of best practices from all ways. I would recommend this to all levels of medetationers.

I found it useful. This was the first time that I read something about meditation and learned a lot. I am sure I will benefit greatly from what I learned. Practical and Simple explanations. listening to this audiobook gave me a more thorough understanding of the concepts of meditation.

Much needed for me

During my course of reading this book I felt more content with myself and things around me. And makes me feel good about being present. Get a grip on yourself.

I chose a 5 star rating because this is a great book with practical advise about how to meditate/be mindful for real, average people. It walks you one step at a time through the reasoning and actual process of meditating. I would recommend both to anyone wanting to get a grip on meditation/mindfulness and themselves. Thanks.
