Writing this book has changed my life.
I sought the insight and advice of wise minds to explore what they can teach us to achieve happiness, connection and hope.
With their help, I peeled back layers of anxiety and self-limiting beliefs to find contentment and deeper meaning.
From intuition and energy to manifesting, ritual, prayer and signs, I have explored positive ideas and simple exercises that are available to every single one of us.
This is for anyone seeking a path through our confusing lives and offers inspiration for tapping into the strength and comfort around us and releasing the blocks and insecurities that hold us back.

Too much Fearne
I normally love Fearne’s work but this is too much. So self indulgent and self obsessed, and she narrates like an excited child, putting emphasis on EVERY word to the point it just jarred with me so much I had to stop listening as it made me stressed and anxious - the exact opposite of what I’d hoped.

Love love love!!
Stuck in traffic for over 3 hours I’m already over halfway through this book. And what a god send it was to while away the time with no distractions. Fearne narration is beautiful and holds your attention. Her experts that contribute are fabulous.
Whether you are just dipping your toe into the spiritual world or you have been into this work for years, this book is for you. Gives you easy to follow steps to improve your life in your own time. A Very refreshing down to earth book.

Wow!!
This has been amazing to listen to… I grew up watching Fearne and always loved her. I then started to listen to the happy place podcast during lockdown whilst walking my dog trying to seek something to pull me out of a dark place. I’d walk around the fields for hours enthusiastically listening to podcast after podcast… when I listened to her chat with Gabby Berstein I instantly bought Gabbys book one after the other because this was the something I’d been seeking all my life! I’ve always been spiritually “awake” and open to universal love and the knowing that there is something “more” than what a lot of people are unable to see.
This book has been an amazing summary of everything I’ve been reading into and searching for… listening to Fearne has been amazing and each day I looked forward to hear more of her wisdom. It was like listening to a life long friend as I said before I grew up watching Fearne throughout my years.
Thankyou Fearne for writing this book.

Interesting
I enjoyed listening to this audiobook, I thought Fearne read it brilliantly and honestly. It’s about spirituality rather than religion and that there is Something Bigger Than Us. The book explores Fearne’s beliefs and spiritual practises if you enjoy her podcasts then you’ll enjoy the book. At times my sceptical hat scoffed at mediums and calirvoyents but I embraced the sections on nature, yoga and meditation. It gave me plenty to think about and I think the point is that you take away the bits that appeal to you and that if you keep an open mind then you may get greater connection and inner peace.

An absolutely bloody brilliant book
I wasn’t sure when I downloaded this book whether I would like it.
I’m quite a sceptical person but I wanted to be more open minded and you have to be for this book, but it is so worth it.
This has made me think so differently about things.
I would highly recommend and am looking forward to exploring this all more.

fresh and spiritual
I absolutely loved the book. Very easy to listen and concentrate on it. Fearne speaks so vividly about her experiences with healers and her own inner guidenes. It is worth to listen to some parts of the book more then ones. Well done Fearne .. you don't disappoint 🥰
