Awesome audiobook

This audiobook is awesome. So relaxing and easy to hear. very good. Loved it. I will recommend it to people who works hard and needs a sound sleep.

A must listen!

Very informative. I think anyone would benefit from these lectures. If you want to get a full comprehension on what CBT is and how it works this is a great listen. I highly recommend this.

I really enjoyed

I really enjoyed all the parts of the audible. The best relaxing atmospheric sounds therapy! It has everything you need, whether for spa, yoga, meditation, sleep or just to relax listening to the beautiful sounds of the nature.
