Publisher's Summary

Using his flesh-twisting powers, Seraph must push on to reach the ancient guardians.

After nearly losing access, Seraph sets out again to conquer NEO and save his tormented sibling.

Pushing deeper into the woodland, the Heart of The Forest is finally within reach, but the overpowered druidic guardians are merely the most obvious obstacle in his path.

The line blurs between right and wrong, allies and enemies as the plot thickens, but Seraph will stop at nothing, readily accepting any who stand in his way as what they truly are—raw materials for the reaping …

An awesome unexpected ending, and new beginning to a great story!

An awesome unexpected ending, and new beginning to a great story!
Shemer’s got me wanting to play StarCraft’s Zerg, jump on a game of Prototype, and even create a new type of Warlock the next time I DM!

Still, an amalgamation of all those wouldn’t be as fun as the books.

Can’t wait for 3!

No story here

if you're up for a confusing, over powered abilities that can defeat 20 levels above your opponent then this is a book for you. If you're interested in an actual story then this contains about three sentences of it. not enough for me. Basically MC is super weak and dumb with literally barely any story progression.

Painfully stupid MC

I think I'm done with this series I cant stand the MC he's way to thick and stupid and his refusal to help himself out by gaining followers makes no sense I cant stand this moron anymore I'm done.

narrator choices are weird

narrator uses more weird and annoying voices... he continues to try to beat a dead horse with the same attempts at humor.

I think the books an okay sequal

Zerg-omancer

a really fun sequel overall; the front-half was a bit boring, while the back-half was an action pack wildride. Honestly though, the last hour is where the story really shined, it sets up the following books beautifully and makes me excited for what comes next.

I thought it was going to only be a repeat

It seemed like a very typical path for the book, but the ending was a great breath of fresh air broadening the story to a GREAT direction.

More characters less problems

I found this novel better then the first as we met and really got a better understanding of some new and old characters and the story stayed unique and interesting tho I do have nerd moments that make me mad (the lvl difference in this make most fights BS) over all an improvement

keep them coming

I don't like giving details about the books, I think of it as spoilers. I am enjoying the NEO books, and you should definitely check them out from the beginning.
