Publisher's Summary

Did you know your body language can influence what your friends, family, boss, and strangers think about you? Would you like to understand what people really think?

Verbal communication can lie; body language can't.

Non-verbal communication makes up to more than 30 percent of our communication.

Scratching your head, folding your arms, crossing your legs, and even picking or touching your nose: Every action that you make means something. The secret is to take charge of your body and learn the language of your body.

When you take charge of your body, you can use your body language for different positive benefits such as negotiation and manipulate people positively.

To do this, you need to understand the people and their body language.

All this is widely discussed in the book.

Here are some of the things you will learn:

  • Why you should master body language
  • How to understand people's body language and what they really think
  • Aspects that will improve your life through body language
  • How nurturing these cues will enhance your negotiation skills
  • Become dominant by conquering your body language
  • The non-verbal cues that will help you in manipulation
  • How having positive body language will improve your communication skills
  • How to influence and manipulate people through body language
  • How to use your body language to improve your personal and professional life

When we talk we say very little because it's our body that does the real talking! We express so much more subconsciously through our physical behavior, body posture, gestures, eye movement, facial expressions, touch, and the use of space. So why not learn how to use this to your advantage? Or just take time to read about because it is very interesting.

This book has the ability to totally change your life. You will learn what body language signs you should look for when you want to know whether the person who is talking to you is telling the truth or is trying to con you. It will always give you that edge so you can adjust your game plan to steer things in the direction you want!

Achieved lots of social skills through listening!

Whether a audience considers this a five-star book or a one-star book depends generally on what your specific needs are. I'm almost half-way through this book (I investigate asset books like this a number of pages a day over a period of months) and it is precisely what I required. The tone is light, not impeded down in academic-style exposition, and has as of now given me a few bits of knowledge and models for character behavior. I consider it a great expansion to my reference rack.

Perceive the language of human body.

It does not go into each sort of common body signal, but certainly sufficient to keep you active for a whereas. Instantly after I begun tuning in this book I started to take note the behaviors in myself and my colleagues. I think this book is more valuable for reading individuals in social or individual circumstances since it is much less demanding to precisely studied someone's body dialect in a purer/ more normal state.

Has the ability to totally change your life.

When I make suspicions based on the book in trade settings I have been off-base since so numerous components may lead to the feeling that's making the dialect and most of which have nothing to do with me or the current interaction. In individual settings it is spot on and can some of the time be exceptionally engaging. The chapter talking almost ladies and what their facial expressions demonstrate is invaluable and men ought to investigate it fair so they know when to chance course in their behavior or discussion.

Fascinating and Insightful

Shortly after learning I have Aspergers, I realized my social skills needed work, so I began listening this and similar books. It's easy to listen, but I found myself taking ample time with each page due to how substantial every section is. Even the passages on hands, which I never thought of as too socially important, proved to me how essential handshakes and explanatory gestures can be in interpersonal communication.
