Good Information but...

The narration is awful! The book is read by the author and she speaks with a girly tone ending most sentences as a question. Why oh why do folks do this! The information on this book is nothing new, very similar to her previous book, and is currently all over the internet. Eat more protein, more vegetables, healthy fats, stay away from sugar, etc. She also sprinkles throughout information about where one can buy her products and vendors that she advertises.

Practical, effective and approachable information!

Kelly has a fantastic way of breaking down the science of hunger hormones and nutrition into a digestible approach that leads to lasting results and a manageable lifestyle. She expands on her approach from her first book, Body Love, in Body Love Every Day by deepening the scientific information and providing plans for different lifestyle archetypes. This book is a great resource to return to for information and inspiration time after time. In a world filled with "nutrition experts" and influencers touting diet plans, Kelly stands out as a science based resource, who shares her knowledge in a way that is easy to understand and apply to your own lifestyle!

Such a fan!

I love and respect Kelly so much. I value her honest, easy and science-based approach to health and wellness. I appreciate the real-world scenarios to make it applicable to real life.

Seriously life changing

I have tried so many times to change my diet only to fall back into junk food or skipping meals. I’m not a dieter, I just wanted to eat better. This is an easy to follow lifestyle that has transformed my family and myself. I’m not perfect but I love Kelly’s plan. I’ve read this book 3 times now. The science is great and she actually helps you put together meals. I like this book better than the original Body Love but the first is great as well.

excellent follow up to Body Love

loved it. gobbled it up. if you loved Body Love you will love this. great advice, tactical everyday guidance, suggestions. she listened to her fans and delivered. knocked it out of the park.
