Good for beginners but repetitive

20 minutes was spent on the basics (good info). 40 minutes was spent on a meal plan and recipes (ok). 20 minutes at the end was spent on repeating the first 20 minutes (terrible). A huge waste of time and a waste of an audible credit. 4/10 would not recommend.

I wasn't too into it

it didn't really give you the equations and kinda spammed me with vegetable list, the voice sounds a lot like the emersive reader app and just isn't lively at the right times

Rubbish

if you enjoy listening to long lists of arbitrarily chosen "good" and "bad" foods this book is for you. poorly written and awfully narrated. 1.5 hours of dirt you can read on Yahoo Answers for free, and that'd have more scientific basis.
