Story
In Much Ado About Nothing, Shakespeare created one of the greatest verbal sparring matches in all of literature, echoes of which can be heard in the sophisticated dialogue of such late masters as George Bernard Shaw and Noel Coward. Throughout the play, would-be lovers Beatrice and Benedick circle each other warily, until their scathing witticisms and sly innuendoes reach a feverish intensity that befits the passionate longing they both vainly seek to deny.

Story
One of William Shakespeare's greatest plays, The Merchant of Venice is also his most controversial. A tale of the triumph of true love, it is packed with witty dialogue, philosophizing, and lyrical flourishes. But the comedy is often overshadowed by concerns about anti-Semitism swirling around the character of the Jewish moneylender, Shylock. Listen as this production by the Shakespeare Recording Society brings the play to life, warts and all, and demonstrates that an exploration of religious intolerance makes this work even more vital and compelling than ever.

Story
Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn’s startling book led, almost 30 years later, to Glasnost, Perestroika, and the "Fall of the Wall". One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich brilliantly portrays a single day, any day, in the life of a single Russian soldier who was captured by the Germans in 1945 and who managed to escape a few days later. Along with millions of others, this soldier was charged with some sort of political crime, and since it was easier to confess than deny it and die, Ivan Denisovich "confessed" to "high treason" and received a sentence of 10 years in a Siberian labor camp.

Story
Perhaps the most autobiographical (and deliberately least disciplined) of Vonnegut's novels, Slapstick (1976) is in the form of a broken family odyssey and is surely a demonstration of its eponymous title. The story centers on brother and sister twins, children of Wilbur Swain, who are in sympathetic and (possibly) telepathic communication and who represent Vonnegut's relationship with his own sister who died young of cancer almost two decades before the book's publication.

He was her boss, an Ironman triathlete, with life figured out. She was a whiner, he was a hard-ass. He had his shit together, she most assuredly did not. Trash-talking workouts, breakdowns, a devastating diagnosis - this heartwarming story of training buddies reveals a deep and abiding friendship that traversed life, sport, and everything in between.

Poorly written, poorly read
It's hard for me to talk about this book too critically because I can't tell if the author is just a bad writer, or if English isn't their first language.
The book makes a few salient points about exercise. The rest of the book is lacking in detail, information, clarity, and good sense. This is all made worse by the reader who struggles with the book the entire time.
Do yourself a favor and just go to the bodyweight fitness reddit. It has much more information given with much more clarity and depth without all the grammatical errors. Seriously, this book is full of terrible errors, making it blatantly evident that they skimped on an editor.

The bible of calisthenics
I am just starting out on my calisthenics journey as I wanted to be able to workout anywhere, anytime with little to no equipment needed and calisthenics seemed the obvious option.
This audio-book covers everything in great detail. Yes I’m not going to be using all of them right away but it lays a good foundation of knowledge and puts you on the right path to be successful, fit and knowledgeable with calisthenics.
I highly recommend this audio-book for anyone wanting to learn more or take up calisthenics.

Loved it
What I like most about this audio-book it the fact that the writer actually includes a pros and cons page on calisthenics, which is pretty refreshing in the fitness industry where the health guru is usually of the belief that their way is always the right way. It's a really decent audio-book which I feel can be used as part of a real lifestyle change towards better health and fitness.

Of dubious quality
This audiobook, it very bizarrely written, with very dodgy grammar, it sounds like its bee very badly translated. I have no idea how the narrator coped with reading such badly put together sentences.
I'll be asking for a refund. As for the other 5 star reviews I'm not really sure of their credibility.
