I really love positive affirmations!

I listen to this audiobook every morning and it makes me very happy and energized for the entire day. This is a super great audiobook if you want to win the day and set up for the day. It makes me so happy. Sometimes I listen to it before I go to sleep as well to be able to sleep better. It's a very motivating book and it's made me want to workout more at home as well. Highly recommend this one!

Lets get running!

Been a keen runner for over 15 years I can tell you how much I enjoyed this audiobook! I have got in to a routine of running to this audio for 1 of my runs a week and the other 2 I listen to music. Maybe its nothing but I feel as though my runs are much easier when I've got this plugged in!
