Better to buy the actual book

There are many sections in this book where you would be better having the physical book in front of you due to some of the exercises they go through.

Very interesting but better to read this book instead of listen to the audio version

This book has great info. But since it is instructional, I would have learned and digested the detail better if I were reading it in text rather than listening to the audio

Perfect Timing

Being an Serial Entrepreneur, you need to have a certain level of cadence/tone to enable a level of confidence of yourself to the person you're talking to or directly dealing with.

This book helped me point out the frame of mind needed in order to control my breath more to not only keep myself from stumbling over my words, but to exhale a level of confidence that is undeniable as the authority figure.

ALL of my conversations from personal to business have become 5x better already and is steadily improving day by day.

Thank you for publishing this book at a time where breathing can definitely save more lives vs create more chaos. 🙏🏾

Highly recommend for seniors who want to improve their breeding!

At 68 years old and starting to take falls for no reason It’s a joy to find out that I can correct it simply through my breathing. This book is a godsend. I’m steadier on my feet now, and I’ve been sharing the exercises with my 93-year-old mother. Thank you to the authors for making this strategy understandable.
