wonderful book of knowledge

this is a great audio version of Bruce Lee best book in my opinion, he was a very inspiring man ..highly recommended for serious people

Less than inspiring

The book is largely a mechanical readout of various weight routines and other exercises. If you are looking for unusual insights into health and fitness, you won’t find much.
