Awful
I'm a relative beginner in C++ but understand some of the basics. I learned virtually nothing from this book for a number of reasons. Firstly the English is absolutely terrible. Very informal for a technical book, with odd uses of plurals and articles. Feels almost like the author does not use English as their primary language. This would be forgiveable but the pace and flow with which information is delivered is awful. Complex topics are skimmed over, the basics aren't fully explained and a lot of assumptions are made on the readers knowledge. I had my trepidations with coding languages and audio books and it turns out they were right. Listening to the reader read line after line of code in the most uninitiated and robotic style is not useful or fun. The number of reviews on this book are also very suspect. They too are written in broken English and there are even duplicates under different names. Clearly someone has been boosting the rating of this book. Just avoid, it feels almost scam level of poor quality literature.
