Every teens needs to listen!

Every teens needs to listen this audiobook! The author explained specifically and clearly the techniques in overcoming fear. I was not familiar with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) until I listen this audiobook. I appreciate how the step by step awareness to change the mindset is well explained. Thanks Tara Wilson.

Pretty Good audiobook!

I found this audiobook very inspiring. An easy to follow self-guide for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for teens are usually short-term treatments that focus on teaching youth and their parents specific skills. I really loved this audiobook. I strongly recommended this audiobook.
