Very monotonous

I wish the narrator had at least some sort of emotional spectrum in her delivery.

Overall a very useful material, but the beginning of the book was so technical It made it very hard to focus on the message.

This book, albeit useful, sounds more like an academic essay on CBT, written to raise funding, for example, but not for an every day reader/listener.

I was happy to learn about CBT, but probably wouldn’t recommend this book to a friend.

The narrators voice is grinding.

Couldn’t listen to her voice, it kind of didn’t make sense... way too smiley and chirpy
