Someone has finally "cracked" insomnia...

This is one of the greatest books I've ever read about insomnia. Insomnia is essentially simply fear, I discovered. Insomnia is caused by the anxiety of not sleeping. The author has figured out a method to get past the disorder's mind-boggling intricacy, and she shares some practical and beneficial sleep advice. I can now claim that I am no longer terrified of not sleeping, and as a result, I am sleeping significantly better.

Nice resource for anyone with sleep problems

My previous doctor was just interested in prescribing medication to me. Sure, they'd work, but I wasn't keen on the thought of taking a pill to sleep. I was also concerned about the long-term consequences. This audiobook provided me with skills to help me relax and learn to fall asleep naturally.

Nature's noises are my favorite. I haven't heard the relaxing sounds of the wind and the crashing waves of the ocean in a long time. But now I can listen to it if I want to. Thank you very much, Audible and Author, for this audiobook.

Help you overcome insomnia

The writers didn't simply tell the listeners what to do; they also showed them how to put the exercises into practice in order to improve their sleeping patterns, which is something that most other lessons don't accomplish. It's not only about commanding; it's also about acting. I am certain that I will be able to conquer my insomnia as a result of it.

Very interesting book.

This is a fascinating book to read. I would certainly suggest him to anyone who wants to completely grasp the cause of their sleeplessness and how to fall asleep with confidence each night. I made self-reflection and checklists. This novel had a lasting impression on me.

Highly recommended!

It's a great way to ease into a new sleep regimen or take baby steps toward a more pleasant night's sleep. This book has been quite beneficial in alleviating my brother's anxiety-related sleeplessness. The strategies are realistic and simple to put into action. I recently purchased the book for a friend. In-depth

This book went into great detail on why insomnia happens and how to cure it. It's set up like a workbook, so you'll need to follow through with the prompts and complete the activities. This book has a lot of useful advice.

Absolutely fantastic info

This is amazing information. This book explains what you need to do to have a good night's sleep in a very easy manner. I have to admit that I utilized the book in conjunction with my doctor's suggestions, but I have no doubt that just listening to the book on my own would have improved my case. I'm getting the sleep I need without the use of any medicines!
