This is a great little reference guide for those trying to eat healthier, lose fat and/or figure out how to optimize the carbs I eat. Another Fabulous Cookbook

Recipes are easy and tasty, made with whole foods and a lot of variety. The 7 day meal plan looks easy to follow and gives a good base for creating other recipes to fit into the low and high carb days beyond the first week. A great resource for busy people.

This book have lot of sense

I am impressed by the content the author has put in this book. The explanations in this book about weight and muscle loss/gain make a lot of sense. And I like that I don’t have to starve to get the body I want.
