Not carb cycling... this book is about keto

This book carb cycling by David Schwartz and Ultimate Bodybuilding Training by Donovan Ekstrom is THE EXACT SAME BOOK!! WORD FOR WORD.. even the same dumb stories and jokes.

This was better than I expected.

The narration is also good. I received this audiobook upon my request. I want to listen to the book multiple times. I was so happy with the money I spent time on this Carb Cycling book. David Schwartz wrote the book in a manner that is easy to follow Delicious Easy to Make Recipes.

Great value for money

After doing the exercises in instruction from Carb Cycling, I felt better about myself. This audiobook has helped me a lot. was this book has information advice to feel!!

Changed my life!

I especially like the approach. I purchased this Carb Cycling instead. I am so glad I did. Recommended to everyone who wants to have a basic idea about Bodybuilding Science, I can’t wait to hear the next book( David Schwartz) by the author.

Favorite book for Carb Cycling!!

Great if you've tried Carb Cycling a thousand times and always can't find it frustrating. I like how to learn Nutrition & Delicious Easy to Make Recipes and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

Low carbs made easy

What a great book. I have been interested in low carbs but just never really knew how to begin. This book will help me to get started and will encourage me on my journey of losing weight and getting healthy. Some great recipes and meal planners to help along the way.

Unable to recommend.

It's always worth being aware of different approaches but in my opinion, this is book makes some unfair unsubstantiated allegations against other nutritional advice. The promises at the beginning should give the game away but if you dare to read on you will be met with information that is questionable to say the least, particularly around the attempts to debunk decades of evidence (peer-reviewed scientific studies) on plant-based nutrition. We are all entitled to our own opinion but books that claim another approach, particularly one with so much scientific evidence to support it is false, sets my alarm bells ringing. I bought this because I was interested in carb cycling and in fact, there is sound evidence that this approach can work for some people who struggle with a slow metabolism, the body just clinging onto the fat no matter what you do. However, I cannot recommend this book because the research I have done over the past four years does not correlate with the claims it makes against plant-based nutrition.

Great book will change your mindset

Changed my way of thinking about what I eat and why my diets don’t work I can feel the difference already
Couldn’t find the recipes though as it’s an audio book

Great book,Ihave better knowledge of carb cycling

Great book, I have known about carb cycling but wasn’t doing it correctly. I always thought low fat was key but it turns out higher fat macros is key to carb cycling and it makes sense as to why it is. Glad I bought this book I learnt so much.. a must buy!
