Amazing!
I have learned so much from this book. I went carnivore about 2 months ago for health reasons and I've never felt better! I was so excited to see that this audio was finally available and I'm glad I bought it. There is so much information here and my eyes have been opened to so many things. Horrible narration
This book would be better to read yourself, skip the audio. She mispronounced a lot of words, from phenylalanine to hydrogen peroxide. She also literally reads out the tables from the book, which is incredibly annoying. Just read the book yourself.

Generally good content; hard listening
Generally, the information in this book is reliable, although I found myself shaking my head at several points. My main criticism is it's presentation: sentences are routinely short and lacking adjectives, making it a collection of statements as opposed to a flowing narration. Also, some points being made were not filled out with supporting information. A third thing is harder to put my finger on - something about the inflection of her voice is off-putting and annoying...not sure if this was partly to do with my own bias. I have to admit I struggled to finish it, but again, it does contain a lot of relevant information.

This book has so much great detailed information on specific foods. Definatly recommend having a hard copy on hand for all the charts and this is a book I will want to use to reference back to over and over. Many books go into the same broad spectrums of food, keto, and carnivore as this one does, but none has gone into the depth of specific nutrition as I have been longing for as Judy Cho has in this book.

Questionable
It started off making a lot of sense, but when the author pronounced scientific words incorrectly and said that MSG was often added to vaccines, I thought that this is probably not the most reliable information and returned it. I still think that carnivore is likely to be the most healthy human diet and have enjoyed previous talks from the author.

Very informative
The author sounds like she genuinely wants to help you and has been through some tough times herself nutritionally. A very informative and generous (all the extra downloads you get) audio book. At first it was difficult listening as the wording came straight after the heading but I soon got used to it. Well worth a listen if you are carnivore curious or already carnivore. All I need to do now is start to follow it and heal myself, guess that's the hard part.

Thank you for the information! The lists get a little annoying to listen to at times but it's worth it... I think that's just from having it read to you instead of looking at the page. But the information is so valuable and the fact she narrates it makes it feel super personal! Everybody read this pleaseeee!
