Not very informative.

The narrator sounded obnoxious. Very hard to get thru this book. Decent if you have no clue about health but not much information here that you can’t otherwise find on youtube.

Ok but didn't think some info was accurate

Content okay but narrating was woefully done.
The narrator really made this book very very hard to listen to. I only persisted because I was travelling, otherwise I would have ditched the whole thing.
