Meat Heals!!!!

This book is a nice straight forward approach to becoming a carnivore and of transitioning from a vegan lifestyle ....author does a great job of making the lifestyle easy and delicious!!!!.... I listen to her testimony on Dr. Shawn Bakers' website and the results are all the proof you need!!!... Do yourself a favor and get this book!

Could not make it through this book. If I wanted to learn about evolution and climate change I would read a book on those subjects. One by Ken Hamm

What a Wealth of Great Information!

I am really impressed with this book. I listen to it in one night, and it answered all my questions about eating a carnivore diet. There were so many resources to learn about that I had not even considered. It makes me excited to start this journey and see where it can lead me. I'm so grateful to know where to turn for more information, more cooking ideas and techniques and to have hope that this can help me heal.

A diet for meat lovers! Awesome!

A great book that's a variation on the Keto and Paleo diets. For years I have noticed that vegetarians don't often look very healthy. The author and her husband both look great. Eliminating food allergies is a bonus as is no broccoli! Check out the book and the diet!

Better of with just eating meat.

Suzanne was really sweet and sent me recipes. I have lost 11 pounds in three weeks and feeling better and doing better without vegetables. I can't believe how much better I feel without them.

Great Book on Carnivore Lifestyle

I purchased this book for myself and add'l copies for a few friends...I liked it that much. author has a very enjoyable explanation style and her book is informative, entertaining, and thought-provoking. I'm glad I bought it. I really like that she gives you the info you need to know, without a lot of extra fluff, as she takes you along on her Carnivore journey.

Quick, concise, informative.

Easy, straightforward listen about the do's and don't(s) of the Carnivore Diet. Including how to explain to people what you are doing. Love that the author had been Vegan and does not judge eating styles. I'm doing what will save my life, was going to die anyway at the rate I was going! My future pharmacist, Vegan son thinks I'm nuts!
