Publisher's Summary

After battling witches, werewolves, and a crazy one-eyed rougarou with a vendetta, starting a business making magical charms should be easy.

At least, that’s what Morgen Keller thought.

But now she’s leased a haunted building, her cousin is dating the town’s scheming mayor, and Amar—a.k.a. the handsome werewolf she’s been dating—is embroiled in what could be the final showdown between two rival werewolf packs.

If his pack doesn’t come out on top, she could lose her lover, her business partner, and the only guy willing to catch mice for her snooty owl familiar.

Why did Morgen ever think life in the small town of Bellrock would be simple?

Fun listen

I really enjoy all of Lindsay Buroker’s work. She creates layered and rich characters who can be strong and vulnerable at the same time. I appreciate that she always keeps an eye towards humanity and allows for redemption-as no one is perfect. Keep up the great work Ms. Buroker! I’m so glad I stumbled upon your books!

To be continued?

Loved every second of it. It was a good listen while I worked I would love more but can understand the author wanting to work on other books. 10/10 best one so far worth spending the credits on the whole series

Very Enjoyable Series!

Truly enjoyed the series. Although witches and werewolves were involved this series is not offensive to anyone who is religious, it is pure fantasy! I enjoyed the characters and their relationships and the authors ability to allow us into the characters thinking process. I have also listened to other series via audiobook and truly enjoyed Lindsay Buroker’s books and the style of her writing. The only sad part about this is I have finished yet another series so now I have to peruse her website to see what comes next!

Interesting, fresh and enjoyable series

Am so happy with the book and the whole series. Lindsay Buroker brought an interesting and different world, logical and enjoyable different characters and the atmosphere that change may be difficult but still possible. Antics, wit and spellbinding storyline as well. Did listen to the whole series in a short time and felt like I was watching the story unfold in front of my eyes. The only fault I found with the whole of the five books was that the heroine is often a bit too forgiving for my taste. As it is irritating, I do understand that levelheadedness may be the right approach to solve the problems in the story world. Grrr! Hope we will get more books in this series. And maybe the heroine snapping at someone? Just once?
