Good info bu not actually the book

What would have made Chi Running better?

If it was an audio of the actual book & not a audio lecture.

Would you recommend Chi Running to your friends? Why or why not?

I don't know. The info is good but it just isn't the book as it appears to be.

Would you be willing to try another one of Danny Dreyer’s performances?

Yes as his work is good, I'd just be more careful to see what I'm buying.

Excellent Tutorial On Chi Running

Would you consider the audio edition of Chi Running to be better than the print version?

Not as complete as the book, but for the information covered it is better than the book. What makes it better is that Danny is in your ear guiding you through the fundamentals.

What does Danny Dreyer bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Emphasis and perspective

What did you learn from Chi Running that you would use in your daily life?

How to improve posture...

Any additional comments?

This book is an indispensable adjunct to the book and DVD. I have attended both the Level One and Level Two workshops conducted by Danny... This

Best running book I've ever read/heard

I bought this book on a whim after once again hurting myself prepping for an obstacle course race. The only damage to train through my injury but I managed to improve my running pace altogether. I am a personal trainer who owns a studio in at the time was training 25 other people for the obstacle course race. Inc. the Chi running skills into the coaching. We had six of our runners place in the top 10 of their age category. To second-place finishes and won first place out of those groups as well. The concept of this book had a lot to do with their performance. This running technique is amazing and I genuinely wish I would've found it when I started training 18 years ago.

Must read for anyone looking to prevent injury

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This book was loaned to me by my chiropractor and I decided to buy it outright so that I would always have it as part of my library. It is one of those books you will want to revisit many times to ensure proper form not just in running, but also in life.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Chi Running?

There are multiple exercises and form checking tasks in the book that will help you navigate life the pain associated with running, walking, relating. This smashes the old adage, "no pain, no gain" with a common sense approach to posture.

Which character – as performed by Danny Dreyer – was your favorite?

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The whole book.

only an excerpt, not whole book. Total rip off.

This is not the complete book. I feel like a sucker for wasting money on this.

Meh

Basically just a guided walk through of running form with a guy who is trying to be zen. I read or listen to an running book every year and this ranks among the lowest of take away info

Big help for Runners

Would you listen to Chi Running again? Why?

Chi Running is a practice. It takes commitment and time. This audiobook helps you take the basics and do them while you listen. It is much easier than trying to read form a book and then doing the practice. You can have the creator right in our ear. My running has improved significantly and my soreness is next to none. I just ran my third half marathon and had minimal soreness.

Very informative and practical

Learned a lot! I am a physical therapist that practices Pilates based rehab. The information presented makes sense. I am looking forward to using principles of Chi running to my practice and to my personal running experience!
