Not genre listed. Not spiritual. Nearly Romance.
So the book was good but it's 89% about sisterly bonds. Which was ok but not what was listed. There is a slight nod to a bff to lovers but it is almost and after thought, which is too bad because it could have really been a wonderful.story on it's own. Oh well... not my type of topic but not bad for what it was.

Very good.
To be perfectly honest, I wasn't really expecting this to be as good as it was. Fun characters and a great story. I liked the humor in it. I loved the description of the cakes, and cupcakes. It was a good subject that people don't realize you don't have to be in a war to suffer from PTSD. Emma Swan did a great job of narrating this book.

My fav Christmas audiobook yet! 🎄🎅🏻
I absolutely LOVED this Christmas audiobook! The narration was lovely and it was such a heartwarming story of romantic and familial love. And I love anything about sisters as I am very close with my own. The narrator did a great job with all of the voices. Highly recommend.
Spoilers: Every character is so likable, I wish that I knew them all in real life. I saw a lot of negative reviews about Bethany but I absolutely loved her. I have always been able to relate to ppl with mental issues and I def had bad self-esteem growing up as I had helicopter parents who never let me do anything for myself. Like Bethany, it left me with little to no coping skills. I saw a lot of readers complaining that it was too much about Bethany but I loved it. I really felt the love Carly had for her sister and Liam. Carly is exactly the type of person Bethany needs in her corner. And we learn that Carly has her own fears to conquer, just like Bethany.
The main character is wonderful and I am so glad everything works out for her. Christmas magic is plentiful throughout this delightful story. It has humor, romance, friendship, redemption, second chances, karma, great writing and narration! I just can’t applaud this book enough 🎄🎅🏻

Erin and Aaron….Really?
I can’t believe the author pick to names for siblings as Erin and Aaron….and then went through editing and these two sibling character names were not suggested for change.
In reading the book you would at least see the difference in spelling, but as in Audio they are far too similar….even if they made it through to print for Audio version should had made a name change. Very confusing

oh man, why would you choose a narrator with a voice like fingernails on a blackboard?! It was truly painful at times, especially listening to her whining whether she read the little sister.

Emma Swan has done such a variable job in narrating. Some is passable, however the childish voice she uses for the 20-something younger sister is so off-putting. I had to give up listening.
