A Little Difficult to follow on audible.

This is a worthwhile read but probably not meant for the audible platform. Worksheets and diagrams are from different sources and need a bit of research.

Equivalent of reading a coloring book out loud.

You need the physical book to follow along with the exercises. Not much here that isn't covered in other books. Don't buy unless it's your first CBT book.

Try this as well as or before your therapy

Try this as well as or before your therapy, understand what CBT is and apply it in your own life, it definitely helps when you apply all the techniques as I have found in my own life! Highly recommend to all.

Love this manual

This audio book is great. It provides a 30 Highly Effective Tips and Tricks. This audio book gives insight on why some people may be paralyzed by a situation and others may be able to approach the same situation in a completely calm way. I liked this audio book very much and I highly recommend it for those who are in need of such type of information.

Really goes in depth

I go to Therapy Class that does CBT and My therapist says alot this needs to go beyond the classroom and practiced. I though it would be good to have this workbook and more on working with CBT. I love the journal ideas cause i already do that in class but, feel like i should do more. I think this is a great addition to therapy and Alot of this is discussed in class. This is CBT and proven to work.

nice audio book

An interesting general overview of CBT. It is geared for anxiety, anger or phobias. It provides lists and exercises to self-help individuals. The Author does encourage individuals to enlist the aid of a therapist. So overall this text allows a person to see if this type of therapy may help them and encourages outside help for full benefit. An easy listen and a fair introduction to CBT as a viable form of psychiatric therapy.
