Publisher's Summary

If you are suffering from anxiety, depression, or insomnia, you know how hard it can be to find a solution or something that may help you solve these disorders. We think that depression, anxiety, and insomnia have to be treated like monsters - you have to fight them, but you can choose to fight them with bare hands and with ignorance, or you can choose to arm yourself with knowledge and strategy.

This is why we created this book. We strongly believe that all disorders can be cured and made to disappear forever if you follow the right strategies, and you start from the inside out. Our brain can be our greatest ally or our greatest enemy. In this book, you will effectively learn how to turn your brain from one of your worst enemies to one of your greatest allies.

In this audiobook, you will learn:

  • What is cognitive behavioral therapy and its role in the history
  • How to use CBT to fight depression
  • How to use CBT to eliminate anxiety
  • How to use CBT to free yourself from insomnia
  • What are a few powerful relaxation techniques
  • What are some effective mindfulness techniques
  • How to reframe your negative thoughts and turn them into positive
  • How to measure the effectiveness of CBT and feel happy and fulfilled again

Remember: In the midst of every difficulty there is always a great opportunity.

Poor narration.

The narrator didn’t take the time to learn how to properly enunciate “Socrates” and a few other words. It was very distracting and annoying. Tip: dictionary apps provide enunciation with just a touch of the speaker icon. If you ever get another narrating job, it would be great if you learn to properly enunciate the text.
