I suffer from severe anxiety and reading this has given me a few different ideas and techniques in helping me to identify my obstacles, take better control of my thoughts, and be successful in taking back control over my life. Meh!!
Got me through a couple phobias at hospitals, with one technique taken from this book. Chapters literally repeat the same chapters to you before moving on to the next chapter. Author waffles on to much about the development and history of CBD. Not much on how to use CBD to help yourself, if that's what you're after.
