Will assist you in becoming a better person

I definitely recommend it

I started seeing a therapist for cognitive behavioral therapy after going through some difficult moments in my life and at my doctor's recommendation. I wasn't happy, so I started listening to this CBT audiobook. It helped me see how the therapist was laying the basis in our first few sessions, and it offered me a full understanding of how CBT works and the various treatment and strategy options available. This is a book that I definitely recommend.

Good course

Learning about cognitive behavior therapy was important to me. I believe it is an excellent self-help tool that anyone can use to assess their beliefs and views of the world around them, as well as how they interact with it.

Very helpful audiobook

This is an excellent primer on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT can help almost everyone at some point in their lives. The author nails it in a straightforward and easy-to-understand manner. So far, everything has gone swimmingly. This is, in my opinion, a must-have for anxiety relief. Very useful in gaining a better understanding of yourself and those around you.

Appeals to me greatly

I would recommend it to those who are seeking a good self-help book. This book appeals to me and I believe it will be beneficial to my position. I've learned to control my emotions and fear as a result of it. I'm going to listen to this book again and again.

Taught me so many strategies

The audiobook taught me so many strategies that I've opted to listen to it again with my kids. Every night, one chapter is listened to. This is excellent training that I recommend to everyone!
