Easy to understand and applicable audio guide

Mindfulness is grounded in the idea that we can relieve suffering by focusing our attention on our experiences in the present moment, as opposed to ruminating on the past or worrying about the future. Mindful awareness also includes a deliberate openness to our reality. As a professional counselor I enjoy reading books which reinforce what I use in my practice. I felt this audiobook is also a good tool to use with clients.

Interesting

Very happy

Excellent book. Cognitive Behavior Therapy-Tools are very empowering, because in reality it is all about you. Thinking, feeling, and doing is beneficial for each and everyone regardless of age, careers, lifestyle and characteristics. We should be creative and remain positive focusing on our here and now.
