Publisher's Summary
The brain is the most magnificent, powerful thing the universe has ever created. It is responsible for consciousness, for our experience, and for our behavior.
Brain scans have revealed that successful people have different brains than the brains of other, average people. And if that's not enough, recent studies have showed that our brain is constantly changing, according to our behavior!
This extraordinary revelation means that you are not a victim of who you are. You can change your brain and become the best version of yourself--if you only knew how to use neuroplasticity.
What you have to realize first is that several areas play vital roles in assessing your brain fitness and preparing your brain. I assume that when you listen to this audiobook, you are already aware of the importance of maintaining brain health. You're still only aware of minimal scope, though.
With this audiobook, listeners will learn:
- How to do the unthinkable to desensitize yourself from all these negative emotions to ensure they have a lesser effect on you
- The biological source of habits in our brains
- The effect of your surroundings on your personality
- The root cause of anxiety, fear, worry, phobias, and related emotions, as well as how they affect different body systems and organs negatively so you understand why you need to act now
- How anyone can rewire his brain, and get a step-by-step guide to doing so
- Beginner exercises for developing a powerful brain
- How to unlearn bad habits and design your brain for success
- How to develop self-discipline, self-control, and a burning motivation to accomplish your goals
- And much, much more
At the end of this audiobook, you will know how to use your brain more effectively and win in all situations through brain rewiring.

Wow
This is a very enlightening audiobook filled with enlightenment and motivation. Though life involves various experiences, one can be healed if you believe. Once the issues are defined one can prevent negative reactions and repair their behavior by conducting actions to repair the mind. We must come to an understanding and realization of our thoughts. The mind does control the body. The mind also controls emotions and behaviors. This audiobook is very beneficial and highly recommended.

This audiobook is brilliant!
Scientifically sound, user-friendly, compassionate, and deeply understanding of the anxiety disorders. One of the foundational tenets of the cognitive behavioral therapies is that personal change does not take place in the therapist's office. Rather, a patient can only make desired change by practicing―yes, practicing―the insights and strategies the therapist provides in the context of his or her daily life. This audiobook is a rare gem in this regard; it is both a reference for the therapist to guide the patient through the anxiety-defeating change process and also a suitable resource for the layperson to independently obliterate anxiety on his or her own. I will treasure it for my own personal use, and make participants aware of it at my self-help workshops.
