Throw bad habits now!

I guess I've only listened to it six times. It's one of the ten most popular audiobooks I've ever listened to. Thanks to the perfectionism chapter, I was able to break a bad habit. The list of cognitive distortions should be taught in schools.

Despite the fact that the message is brief, the detail is straightforward. The exercises are very practical and easy to understand and connect to, and there is a wide variety of personality characteristics and thinking patterns.
