Not self help

The book reads as an instructional guide for therapists, very informative but not very easily applied.

Great book.

All about Cognitive Behavioral treatment. This audiobook is helping me to transform my life, I immediately noticed a change as soon as I started practicing the CBT methods. Now I'm also more attentive to others' behaviors, I will suggest Lily Lauren's CBT audiobook and especially the Audible version, to my friends and acquaintances needing this kind of help.

This essay was explained in a very simple and easy way. It is an introduction to COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY concepts. The audiobook in my experience is very helpful for me and I recommend it. Thanks, Lily Lauren for writing such a good audiobook.

really should request my money back

first a voice on narration that is more like an android
that voice just goes straight through me awfull.
second if you are looking for a self help book look
elsewhere. This is purely if you want to start training
as therapist no idea how it got all those previous stars .... should be done for the trades description act. I am actually quite angry I wanted a credit on this ...I really do need CBT after listening to it.

awful narration, too fast. she doesn't pause between sentences, consequently it's annoying & exhausting.

Horrible Narration

A waste of money! I don’t know if the content is good or not, but I do know you’ll never be able to get through the book to find out!
